Character Creation Guidelines

• One account per character

• Characters younger than the age of 10 must have some sort of older guardian figure registered with them. No exceptions.

• You may not make up another Family (though you may, of course, define your character's blood relations) or alien race. Shuri Pura is self-contained.

• Your name must be original! No book, movie, game, etc characters, please!

• You need a first and last name. No exceptions.

• Even Danava define last names for themselves.

• Danava do not get to pick their own number-- this will be assigned to you.

• You may not make technology up without consulting a moderator first. Likewise with places. We fully encourage you to participate in the building of the world-- that's how it was formed in the first place! --but in the interest of keeping everything canon, please talk to a moderator if you have a suggestion.

• No pets! All the animals within Shuri Pura are either used for food or maintenance. And aren’t very many animals to begin with.

• Certain modifications are not allowed:
-no extra limbs, or wings, or anything that would require growing bone.
-no full body fur or scales.
-no ‘weaponry’. i.e., no Sitala can shoot bullets out of their fingertips; no Sihabahu with concealed blades in their palms.
-no ‘god-mode’ level mods. That is, nothing that can cause your character to flawlessly detect lies, read thoughts and emotions, or effortlessly debilitate another character.


If you’re unsure about your character’s mods, just leave them in the sheet and the admins will review ‘em for you. c:
